The Vicat Group (Paris:VCT) (Euronext Paris: FR0000031775 – VCT) has announced the appointment of Mr Hugues Chomel as Chief Financial Officer replacing Mr Jean-Pierre Souchet, Deputy CEO, who is to take up a role as advisor to the Chairman and CEO.
Hugues Chomel has been the Vicat Group’s Deputy Chief Financial Officer since 2013. He first joined the Group in 2004, having worked in a variety of roles in France and internationally for Schneider Electric, Alstom and Deloitte, where his career began in 1985.
He holds a Certified Public Accountant Diploma, a Master in Business Law from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II) and a Diploma from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Grenoble.
